Responsibilities include roster management, fostering team development, optimizing stock control, and promoting a positive work environment.Skills and Experience

Proven experience in retail management and team leadership.
Ability to manage budgets, wages, and GP margins effectively.
Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and retail operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Prior experience in a high-volume retail environment preferred.
Willingness to obtain or possess a current police check.
