- Manage the regional intake and referral queue, ensuring timely and appropriate allocation of clients to clinicians.
- Conduct intake assessments for couples and family counselling, including Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) screening.
- Liaise with clients, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure the delivery of trauma-informed, client-centred support.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload and support internal referrals.
- Contribute to quality improvement, program evaluation, and clinical policy development.
- Brings a warm, empathic and professional therapeutic approach.
- Demonstrates sound clinical judgement, attention to detail and effective time management.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can confidently prioritise tasks.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong understanding of trauma informed care.
- Is comfortable using IT systems and clinical documentation tools.
- Has experience in assessing and managing risk, particularly in family and domestic violence contexts.
- Working with Vulnerable People registration or the ability to obtain it, OR Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it.
- Registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Membership of the AASW as a Social Worker
- A Masters level of Counselling qualification and registration with PACFA (Clinical) or ACA Level 3 or 4
- $65 p/h + super

- 12 month contract + possible extensions
