Collaboratively manage the regional allocation queue through liaison and consultation with In-Centre Clinicians, Outreach Program Clinicians (OPCs) and administrative staff:
- Oversee and manage the regional allocation queue, including reviewing intake assessments and coordinating referrals.
- Liaise with clinicians and administrative staff to match clients with appropriate services.
- Escalate and prioritise cases in consultation with senior staff.
- Conduct intake assessments, including family and domestic violence screening, and manage a small clinical caseload.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide updates to clients as required.
- Contribute to service promotion, evaluation, and quality improvement activities.
- Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Mental Health Occupational Therapist / Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration, OR
- Qualification as a Social Worker with membership of the Australian Association Social Workers (AASW) on commencement OR
- A Masters-level counselling qualification and registration with PACFA as a Registered Clinical Counsellor or with ACA at Level 3 or Level 4
- As this role is within a Federal Government department it is a required to be an Australian Citizen at time of commencement
