- To support the processing of applications, which may include cross-team (operational and customer service) collaboration
- Resolve consumer enquiries related to the Power Saving Bonus program in a timely and effective manner.
- Resolve operational service delivery problems consistent with program objectives
- To support the Senior Project Officers’ in monitoring, evaluating and reporting on project outcomes.
- Actively contribute to building and maintaining a constructive culture within the division
Successful applicant is required to demonstrate program delivery, project admin support and customer service capabilities with the ability to correspondence on program related issues and under tight timeframes. We are looking for:
- Motivated individual with strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to form relationships with internal and external stakeholders is also essential.
- Critical to success in the Project Support Officer role will be a customer experience focus and problem resolution skills.
- Appropriate or equivalent experience in the energy sector, program delivery and management and/or implementation is desirable.
- An understanding of government, departmental and ministerial functions and processes is desirable.
