Job Description:Senior Systems Engineer - MSP | Perth | $60ph + Super
Tackle complex issues. Lead Microsoft 365 & Azure projects. Influence client roadmaps.
Be the senior presence in the team-deliver migrations, engage clients with confidence, and mentor junior engineers.Your role

Take charge of advanced escalations and resolve challenging technical incidents across servers, cloud, networking, and security
Lead deployment projects (Azure/M365 migrations, identity, networking) and contribute to strategic client planning
Support and coach Level 1/2 engineers, raising technical standards and improving documentation
Communicate with impact-keeping clients informed and aligning with leadership teams

What you'll experience

Wide exposure to diverse SMB client environments with shifting priorities
Responsibility for your own workload, balanced with strong team collaboration
Emphasis on ticket accuracy, documentation, and time entry-clarity is key to how we operate
Occasional after-hours work when needed (with fair compensation)

What you bring

Solid MSP background with deep skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and scripting/automation
Confidence in client engagement, roadmaps, and leadership conversations
Experience guiding junior engineers and setting technical direction
Perth-based, with unrestricted work rights and a WA driver's licence + car
