With a strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, they pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.They are now seeking an Immediately Available Credit & Claims Officer to join their collaborative team, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing credit processes, resolving claims efficiently, and building trusted relationships across the business and with key customers.Your responsibilities will include (but not limited too):

Managing customer credit claims, ensuring timely investigation and resolution
Processing new credit applications in line with company policies
Monitoring and reconciling customer accounts to ensure payments are in line with terms
Validating, approving, and processing credit notes and adjustments
Liaising with internal departments to resolve pricing, delivery and invoicing discrepancies
Preparing monthly claims and credit reports for management review
Supporting the collections process by following up on overdue accounts where required
Monthly reconciliation of claims ledger to the general ledger

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Strong experience in Credit & Claims or Accounts Receivable with a focus on claims resolution
Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Proven ability to manage disputes and build strong stakeholder relationships
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with excellent customer service skills
Strong time management and organisational expertise
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
