NOW HIRING: Production Manager | OEM Fabrication, Design & Engineering | South of the River, PerthAre you a hands-on Production Manager with a solid background in fabrication and a passion for leading from the front?Our client, a highly respected OEM specialising in custom fabrication, design, and engineering for the mining sector, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team in a full-time, permanent role-based South of the River in Perth.The RoleThis is a senior leadership opportunity for a motivated individual who has risen through the ranks and brings a strong trade or fabrication background, ideally from within an OEM mining environment. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, leading workshop teams, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across the board.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of fabrication and production activities.Lead and develop workshop personnel to meet project timelines and quality standards.Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to streamline workflow and resolve challenges.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Requirements10+ years' experience as a Production Manager in the OEM mining industry.Proven background in fabrication and workshop operations - trade-qualified candidates preferred.Strong leadership and people management skills.Solid understanding of safety, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising standards.What's On Offer$170,000 + superannuationMonday to Friday, 38-hour week (overtime as required)Stable, permanent role with a well-established, forward-thinking companyOpportunity to join a high-performing team delivering premium OEM solutions to the mining industryLocationSouth of the River, Perth - workshop-based role.Apply Today
