- Own key account strategy development in our food and beverage ingredients vertical
- Work collaboratively with other internal functions to drive top line sales growth
- Understand the strategic challenges and priorities of all customers
- Deliver timely and effective solutions that drive new business and share of wallet growth
- Use market data and sales analytics, bucket loads of tenacity and a natural flair to create a compelling narrative, to penetrate new customers and secure new business
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align resources and drive execute with excellence
- Technical Qualification in Food (ideally Food Tech, or Food Science)
- An established network in the Australian food industry
- Proven experience in technical commercial sales
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Analytical approach with good attention to detail
- Experience managing an effective sales process and maintaining within Salesforce
- Keep up to date on market trends and data insights to create actionable strategies
