- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Deloitte's Optimal Reality platform and related industrial technology services
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across priority industries through direct outreach, ecosystem partnerships, and Deloitte client networks.
- Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives and tailored value propositions for CxOs, Heads of Operations, Innovation, Digital, and Engineering.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, delivery leads, and alliance partners to shape and position complex, multi-dimensional solutions.
- Lead RFP responses, commercial proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, influencing their transformation agendas and innovation roadmaps.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the digital twin and AI space.
- Contribute to Deloitte's strategic account planning, pipeline management, and go-to-market activities for Optimal Reality.

- 10+ years of enterprise software or technology consulting sales experience, preferably in digital transformation, analytics, AI, or IoT domains.
- Proven track record in selling complex, consultative technology solutions with deal sizes exceeding AUD $3M+.
- Strong understanding of digital twins, AI/ML, or simulation-based decision support platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to senior business and technical stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and innovation leaders.
- Experience with strategic account planning, pipeline forecasting, and CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure creative deal models that balance client outcomes with profitability.
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and client relationships in sectors such as transport, energy, mining, or manufacturing
- Have or be eligible for AGSVA baseline clearance
- Exposure to digital twin platforms (e.g., Optimal Reality, Unity Reflect, Azure Digital Twins, Siemens, or similar).
- Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, autonomous agents, or LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).
- Knowledge of simulation frameworks and their integration with back-end services.
- Exposure to data modeling for geospatial, asset, or system-of-systems environments.
- Experience with DevOps toolchains (e.g., Terraform, GitHub Actions, Helm, Prometheus/Grafana).
- Knowledge of industry-specific challenges in transport, energy, mining, or manufacturing
