- Support the Partnerships team in planning and delivering national and state partnerships.
- Lead the planning process for state events including scheduling, budgets, timelines and logistics.
- Provide on-site event support and ensure sponsorship benefits are leveraged effectively.
- Manage ticketing, hospitality allocations, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Capture and analyse event results to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and commercial partners.
- Tertiary qualification in business, events or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in partnerships, account management or event management.
- Highly organised with excellent administrative and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in sport and entertainment is a definite plus.
