Their focus is firmly on quality, people development, and maintaining a supportive, high-performing environment.Job DescriptionAs Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical role in the leadership of the venue, supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, coaching and developing the team, and driving service standards across the restaurant and bar. You'll lead by example on the floor, be hands-on with training and mentorship, and work closely with senior leadership to continue building a positive and productive team environment. This is a fast-paced, high-volume venue where attention to detail, energy, and commitment to service excellence are key.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
  • Supporting the GM in delivering venue KPIs across service, financials, and team engagement
  • Driving a consistent premium guest experience
  • Training, onboarding, and succession planning within the venue
  • Overseeing operational standards and compliance
