As a Store Manager you will lead from the front as you drive store performance, coach your team, and create a positive, customer-first culture.
- Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
- Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
- Report directly to the Regional Manager
- Lead stocktake processes and team development
- Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment
- Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team
You are a driven and hands-on store leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team - always putting the customer first.
- Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff.)
- Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
- Solid computer and system skills
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Full-time availability, including weekends
- Full Australian working rights
