- Lead end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting to RFP/tender submission to close.
- Build and grow client relationships with healthcare providers, government, and industry partners.
- Drive revenue through new business acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Manage a data-driven pipeline via CRM and report on KPIs and market trends.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and represent the company at industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
- 5+ years in business development or enterprise sales, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of the ANZ healthcare ecosystem, compliance, and procurement processes.
- Strong communication, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills.
