
Customer Service Representative

- Providing high level customer service to a large customer portfolio using both email and phone
- Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Utilising our various applications to assist customers with order requirements
- Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers
- Providing prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when required
- Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
- Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment
- Experience in using CRM systems is required (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded)
- Experience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG environment would be highly regarded
- Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Strong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders (including phone and email communication)
- Prioritization and problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues
