About UsHitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.The OpportunityJoin our dynamic National Contact Centre team in Revesby as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this fast-paced role, you'll handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage web portal enquiries-delivering exceptional service every step of the way.We're looking for a customer service professional with prior experience and the flexibility to work weekend shifts. This is a permanent role on a day shift, with a hybrid working roster available once your training is complete.Roster: Sunday to ThursdayAs the ideal candidate, you will have:

Experience working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded
Availability to work weekend shifts, on a Sunday - Thursday roster
Experience processing sales orders will be advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries
Strong computer literacy skills
Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
