- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
- Step into a flexible, hands-on leadership role, supporting educators across all rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten - and helping to ensure consistent, high-quality care and learning for every child.
- Work full-time within centre operating hours, Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 6:30pm.
