They will implement a comprehensive review of the agency's capability framework, align that with the functionality of the Learning Management System and integrate that with the ACCC's performance and development processes to drive capability in line with the new strategic plan.
Lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of the ACCC’s learning and capability programs.
Maintain and implement the ACCC Capability Framework.
Development and implementation of the SES and whole of agency Performance Framework.
Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the ACCC’s job family framework.
About youIn order to succeed in the role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation.
Demonstrated expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation.
Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs and enterprise capability frameworks.
Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model and how to operationalise it in a hybrid learning environment.
