- Delivers Trusted Advice. Remains current with best practice in trauma informed care, legislative knowledge and licencing process applying this when advising on practice on therapeutic strategies and behaviour support planning. Be an advocate and guide for meeting the therapeutic needs of young people through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI). Will be able to offer and deliver a variety of TCI training packages which can be tailored to the needs of the area.
- Post-crisis support. Support front-line team members and operational leaders to provide post crisis responses and support following critical incidents, including critical incident analysis.
- Facilitate case review functions at a local level to provide recommendations and expertise in care planning through Case Clinics, and associated documentation including PBSP's in a way that drives quality outcomes and therapeutic care for our Young People.
- Provide a voice to the Young People in our care through annual survey's, team meetings and site visits.
- Consult, as required, on intakes and referrals, including risk assessments and supporting the team to prepare the property and planning after a referral has been confirmed.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, or related discipline or Diploma of Community Services (or related discipline) and minimum 2 years relevant experience.
