- Managing and growing a portfolio of SME to mid-market clients across varied industries
- Designing tailored insurance programs working with multiple underwriters
- Building trusted relationships with business owners, CFOs, and senior stakeholders
- Delivering high-quality client service while maintaining compliance and operational standards
- 3โ5+ yearsโ experience in insurance broking, with exposure to SME and mid-market clients
- Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial lines, including property, liability, and motor
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised, and client-first approach
