Seeking an accomplished and visionary Group Marketing & Entertainment Manager to lead marketing, promotions, and entertainment operations.
Our Client:Brothers Leagues Club Cairns is a leading hospitality and community hub in Far North Queensland, delivering exceptional member experiences through dining, gaming, entertainment, sport, and community initiatives. With multiple venues and a strong football and community presence, the Club is committed to innovation, excellence, and connection.The Opportunity:We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Group Marketing & Entertainment Manager to lead the marketing, promotions, and entertainment operations. ​ This executive role demands strategic thinking, leadership excellence, and a passion for innovation. You will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, drive brand positioning, and ensure the seamless delivery of events and promotions that enhance customer engagement and loyalty. ​ As part of the senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Brothers marketing and entertainment strategies. ​Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the Group’s vision and objectives. ​
  • Brand Management: Position the Group and individual venues to maximize market presence and customer loyalty. ​
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a high-performing marketing, entertainment, and promotions team.
  • Digital Excellence: Oversee social media strategies, digital presence, and customer engagement initiatives. ​
  • Event & Entertainment Management: Curate and execute entertainment offerings and events that drive ROI and customer satisfaction. ​
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with media, external contractors, and community partners to enhance the Group’s reputation. ​
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs. ​
Your Skills & Experience:You are a results-driven leader with a proven track record in marketing and entertainment management. You possess:
  • A Degree in Marketing and deep knowledge of marketing principles, customer service, and compliance requirements. ​
  • Proven leadership experience in marketing and promotions within the hospitality, clubs, or entertainment industry
  • Expertise in brand development, advertising strategy, campaign execution, and ROI analysis
  • Strong digital and social media management skills
  • Experience working with media, creating public communications, and handling press relations
  • A solid understanding of customer loyalty programs, membership processes, and direct marketing
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
  • The ability to manage budgets, external contractors, and multiple deadlines
  • High level attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
