- Act as a trusted advisor, building strong, influential relationships across all levels of the business.
- Provide proactive HR support and guidance, with strong coaching, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills.
- Partner with leaders to deliver OD and change management programs, embedding best practice approaches.
- Navigate complex conversations with confidence, offering commercially sound and people-centric solutions.
- Operate with agility and autonomy in a fast-paced environment, balancing empathy with resilience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally within complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent conflict management and coaching capabilities.
- Commercial acumen, coupled with a strong sense of purpose and alignment to the values of an NFP organisation.
- Ambition and eagerness to develop your career through exposure to diverse projects and initiatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Mercer Job Evaluation certification (or willingness to obtain).
