Make an impact in a pivotal HR role where your experience will shape the people strategy across a dynamic, multi-site, national organisation.We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our high-performing team and support our operations through strategic HR initiatives, hands-on advisory, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the General Manager HR & HSEQ, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing key HR strategies that align with the company's strategic business plan.Key responsibilities include:Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with legislation and company objectives.Provide guidance and coaching to managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, support retention initiatives, and maintain strong agency partnerships.Assist with organisational development programs including succession planning, training coordination, team building, and performance reviews.Ensure effective reward and recognition programs are in place, including salary benchmarking and performance appraisal facilitation.Manage or support HR training workshops on key topics such as performance management, diversity, and industrial relations.Lead or assist in investigations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair process and minimal risk.Collaborate with managers and union representatives to manage industrial relations matters and support enterprise bargaining agreements. * Monitor HR KPIs, prepare reports for leadership, and identify trends to inform continuous improvement and change initiatives.Ensure compliance with relevant awards, EBAs, and employment legislation, including privacy, EEO, and diversity requirements.Maintain strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and promoting a culture of open communication and high performance.Skills & Experience for Success:Human Resources Expertise: 3–5 years of demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Generalist, with broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle.Standalone Role Capability: Proven ability to operate autonomously in a standalone HR capacity within a multi-site organisational structure (experience in this area is highly regarded).Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and contemporary HR practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.Customer-Centric Approach: High level of internal client focus, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.Administrative Excellence: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.Results-Driven: Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, delivering consistent results while managing competing priorities.Why Join Prixcar?Nationally recognised brand in a growing industry.Supportive, inclusive team cultureA role where you can truly make an impact on people, policy, and performance.We value the unique backgrounds, experiences and contributions that each person brings to our community and encourage and celebrate diversity.
