- Lead and mentor the Housing Support team, ensuring compliance with best practices and service standards.
- Manage a small caseload, providing housing support and case management to veterans.
- Develop and review case plans to ensure alignment with client needs and organisational objectives.
- Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and provide professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Degree in Human Services, Health Sciences, or related field (Essential).
- 2-3+ years of experience in a Team Leader role, preferably in homelessness or community services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Knowledge of person-centred, strength-based case management.
- Empathy and the ability to work in sensitive environments with veterans and their families.
