Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HSE role within the construction industry
Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (essential)
Proven experience on commercial construction projects
Strong communicator with a solutions-focused approach
Comfortable using digital safety systems (e.g. 1Breadcrumb, Procore, Hammertech or similar)
