With a comprehensive program of field mapping, trenching, borehole drilling, laboratory and concrete testing, and dam instrumentation, AECOM is harnessing its technical expertise to collect and interpret essential data, ensuring the successful delivery of the SDIP.Job DescriptionHow you’ll make a difference
  • Provide Safety support, guidance and advice to project team to embed a strong safety culture.
  • Support leadership in driving behavioural safety and continuous improvement in SH&E performance.
  • Champion compliance with WHS legislation, regulations, and Principal Contractor obligations on site.
  • Facilitate and monitor safe systems of work, particularly for high-risk construction and geotechnical activities.
  • The position can be offered on a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) basis.

  • Minimum Certificate IV level (Diploma Preferred) in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Demonstrated SHE experience in civil construction and other high-risk industries.
  • High risk work licences and Cert IV in Training & assessment qualifications are advantageous; proficient in Excel & Word
  • Previous experience in drilling, geotechnical investigations, and scaffolding would be advantageous.
