We are currently partnering with a well-established, reputable healthcare organisation based in Brisbane to recruit a Payroll Officer to join their high-performing team.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working within a supportive payroll function that services a multi-site healthcare group. Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll across multiple sites
Manage employee records, leave entitlements, terminations and superannuation
Apply and interpret awards and enterprise agreements accurately
Process PAYG, payroll tax, super contributions and EOFY reporting via STP
Assist in the implementation of a new payroll system and process enhancements
Provide clear, professional support to employees and third parties with payroll queries
Support the Payroll Manager on projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

Proven end-to-end payroll experience, ideally within a multi-site environment
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, tax, and super
Previous experience with Kronos and/or MYOB highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
A proactive team player who enjoys solving problems and improving processes
Experience within the healthcare sector is a plus (but not essential)
