About our client:Randstad is pleased to be partnering with our client who are a large not-for-profit who provide essential services across Australia. Due to acqusitions and growth they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their friendly team on a full-time and permanent basis.What’s on offer?

About the role:Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader and working in a team environment, your duties will include:

Updating and maintaining of employee records
New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
Award interpretation
Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues

About you:

2+ years in a similar role
Experience in a high volume environment
High level of attention to detail
Full and unlimited Australian working rights
