- Connect with warm leads and existing clients to explain the benefits of the Business Flyer program
- Engage proactively with clients and close sales to help drive program growth
- Hit your daily call targets (KPI's) and build strong, lasting customer relationships
- Work closely with your team to meet service level goals (SLA's) and support revenue objectives
- Handle phone and email communication with confidence and professionalism
- Stay up to date with Virgin Australia's latest products, offers, and program updates
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role (e.g., insurance sales, gym memberships, call centre)
- A knack for identifying new opportunities, following up leads, and converting interest into action
- Confidence on the phone and a friendly, engaging communication style
- Strong people skills - you're great at building rapport and maintaining relationships
- Experience with upselling or cross-selling
- A positive attitude, hunger to learn, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone
