What You’ll Do 🔎 Lead Conversion & Customer Engagement
  • Call and convert a steady flow of warm leads
  • Develop strong referral networks and word-of-mouth business
  • Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
📋 Loan Application & Process Management
  • Conduct informative and educational fact-finding interviews
  • Provide accurate advice tailored to clients’ needs and goals
  • Qualify customers, submit loan applications, and manage them through to settlement
📂 File & Compliance Coordination
  • Manage loan files, gather supporting documents, and liaise with key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate data using internal systems (including FLEX)
  • Ensure compliance with NCCP and internal policies
🤝 Stakeholder & Client Communications
  • Keep clients informed throughout the loan journey
  • Liaise with lenders, providers, and referral partners for timely outcomes
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, effective resolutions
About You
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential)
  • Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to complete prior to commencement)
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a financial sales environment
  • Comfortable making sales calls and converting leads
  • Strong communication, organisation, and compliance focus
  • Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
KPIs You’ll Be Measured On
  • Appointment to application conversion
  • Application to settlement conversion
  • Settlements per month
  • Timely and compliant loan submissions
  • Customer satisfaction and service quality
