- Current class C NSW drivers licence or equivalent and willingness to drive for work purposes.
- Demonstrated skills in verbal communication with consumers, teams and agencies, with experience in clinical documentation and formal reporting.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and manage routine clinical matters with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in occupational therapy practice and the provision of services to a broad range of consumer groups, including consumers in a hospital setting, community setting and/or within adult mental health.
- Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of relevant evidence based practice resources to guide decision-making and commitment to quality improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in self-directed learning and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
