For more information, please click here .For assistance with applying through the NSW Health Career Portal please click .What you will bring to the role * Eligibility for registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board, AHPRA, and completing the final semester of a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or within 12 months of graduation from an entry level Occupational Therapy program at time of application.
  • Current class C NSW drivers licence or equivalent and willingness to drive for work purposes.
  • Demonstrated skills in verbal communication with consumers, teams and agencies, with experience in clinical documentation and formal reporting.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and manage routine clinical matters with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in occupational therapy practice and the provision of services to a broad range of consumer groups, including consumers in a hospital setting, community setting and/or within adult mental health.
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of relevant evidence based practice resources to guide decision-making and commitment to quality improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in self-directed learning and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
