An established national professional services firm seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to lead its Business Services team. You will manage client relationships for SMEs, private family groups and high‑net‑worth individuals. You will support partners in delivering strategic business and tax advice, manage operational delivery and mentor junior staff.You will

lead strategic business advisory conversations with clients
manage review of complex financial statements and tax returns (income, consolidated, FBT, GST, Division 7A, CGT and indirect taxes)
set job budgets and scope
help grow external market presence for the team
guide and support junior staff

You bring

CA or CPA qualification and prior accounting firm experience
strong technical knowledge across accounting and tax
clear communication, commercial mindset and problem‑solving ability
leadership potential, collaboration and accountability
digital fluency with MS Office and cloud accounting tools
drive to contribute ideas and deliver quality
