Oversee the products' roadmaps and prioritize features based on market demand and business objectives. Provide technical expertise and support to the product management team, helping them effectively communicate product benefits and technical details to customers. Ensure team maintains a high level of technical knowledge of the market for the BU's products, including understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure effective execution of product strategies. Fosters an environment where employees feel empowered to experiment, innovate and make appropriate decisions. At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in product management roles with at least 5+ years in leadership role, Demonstrated knowledge in pricing, market positioning, packaging, and understanding of the product's market ability to deliver business results in terms of sales and inventory management. Strong commercial background to lead a product business unit Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Certificate with a strong understanding of the technical engineering aspects.
