- Create and compile Manuals, Reports, Proposals and Submissions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Actively work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure we deliver our projects on time and within budget.
- Passionately and confidently keep our customers, suppliers, and colleagues abreast of project statuses on a regular basis by providing verbal and written updates.
- Continually explore methods to provide exceptional levels of customer service, innovation, and improvements in business processes.
- Monitor project milestones and complete associated documentation.
- Review tender submissions for technical accuracy prior to sending to our customer.
- Maintain various project related Excel and ERP databases - both Internal and External.
- Compile warranty and post warranty letters and related documentation.
- Prepare status reports (as required) and communicate with teams.
- Assist Project Managers in creating various documentation required for projects.
- Attend any external project meetings and where required site deliveries and contribute where appropriate to support technical needs of our customers.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries.
- Constantly have all relevant spreadsheets and databases updated at all times - both Internal and External
- Create and submit purchase orders, review and process supplier invoices.
- Recommend administrative amendments, improvements and implement any agreed new procedures.
- Demonstrate our company brand values in all activities, behaviours and actions and decision making on a daily basis.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements of the company and associated legislation.
- Any other duties that may be required to fulfil daily operational requirements.
- A mechanical engineering degree is essential
- Intermediate level MS Office skills
- Experience in project deliveries
- Have experience in creating Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Functional Descriptions.
- Technical knowledge of Air conditioning or Data Centres is highly regarded.
- Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen.
- A passion for providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, administration, multitasking and organisational skills.
