  • Reactive Maintenance
  • Site inspections
  • Tenant liaison
  • Contractor liaison
  • Insurance & fire compliance
  • Reporting
  • Raising work orders
  • Inducting new contractors
  • Ensuring repairs are within budget
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in facilities management/coordination
  • Excellence with multitasking
  • Car/Drivers Licence
