- Operational leadership – manage 3 direct reports across projects, stores, and facilities
- Hands-on Project Management focus – drive tasks to completion, manage stakeholders, ensure smooth operations
- Strong project management and delivery experience (property/facilities focus)
- Proven leadership skills – able to motivate, direct, and keep projects on track
- Operational mindset – day-to-day problem solving rather than long-term asset planning
- Availability to start immediately and hit the ground running
