6 months temp assignment
Monday to Friday – no WFH
8AM to 4PM
$40-45 per hour + super
ASAP Start
Smithfield – parking onsite
SAP Experience required.
What you will be required to do:Our client is seeking an experience administrator to join their team.The candidate will need to have 3+ years in an administration role, as this position requires high volume of administration and coordination
Assist with executive communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries.
Assist with projects as required in a support capacity.
Arrange travel and accommodations when required.
Communicate in office with all levels of staff to ensure coordination.
Assisting with timesheets for staff.
To be successful in the role you will:
Strong administrative background - over 3+ years
SAP experience is ESSENTIAL
A high level of computer literacy - use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritizing urgent and high-impact work
Ability to think proactively and show initiative.
Have working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
