Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, negotiation, and management of supplier contracts in line with procurement strategies.
  • Draft and execute a range of contractual documents including variations, MOUs, LOIs, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and service levels in collaboration with Legal and Category Managers.
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations strategically and on time.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, resolve disputes, and manage price adjustments.
  • Track and realise commercial benefits such as rebates and discounts with Finance and Category Managers.
  • Align procurement strategies with project goals through close collaboration with internal teams.
Could You Be Our Next Contract Manager?We're looking for someone who brings:
  • A degree in Law, Business Management, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in contract management within procurement or commercial environments
  • Proven ability to manage contracts from initiation through to renewal or close-out
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
