Assessing and monitoring patient health
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team
Maintaining accurate patient records
Providing patient and family education
Responding effectively in emergencies
Helping with medication

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Must have Certificate III / IV
NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)
2024 Influenza Vaccine
Minimum 6 months of Aged Care experience
Full working rights in Australia
