
Senior Reward Specialist - ANZ

- Own the end-to-end delivery of the ANZ reward program in global ASX business
- Reports to Global Head of Reward based in Aust
- Salary circa $180k (incl super) + incentives
Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, you will:
- Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ reward program including salary review, job evaluations and benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Reward across a broad and global reward environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
- Analyse and interpret data to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including WGEA and gender pay equity reporting.
- Continuously improve processes, trackers and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder confidence.
We are seeking an experienced Reward or Remuneration & Benefits professional who thrives on detail, data integrity and stakeholder engagement.You will bring:
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the capability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work that is “board-ready.”
- Strong systems mindset with the ability to follow and improve standard operating processes.
- ASX-listed experience and Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation knowledge are highly regarded but not essential.
