- Liaising with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within the agreed budget and to the agreed functionality
- Managing the project reporting, budgets, schedule, revenue collection and cash flow planning
- Managing resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractors
- Onsite Management of Subcontractors and Dematic Project Team
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships to understand their needs and provide recommendations based on their business and operational environments
- Communicating with all relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycle
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related business field
- Proven extensive experience 5 years in construction and/or installation for large scale, complex projects
- Knowledge of construction or installation processes, materials, and methods
- Strong knowledge of construction industry regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in financial controlling software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to travel across Melbourne and interstate
