- delivering high-quality administrative support to the People & Culture function and ongoing human resources support to NextSense staff
- partnering with People Managers and P&C Business Partners to provide comprehensive generalist support
- supporting the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, induction, professional development and training, employee engagement initiatives and managing exits
- coordinating the NextSense volunteer program and student placements
- responding to the transactional needs of the organisation, maintaining employee records and compliance requirements, conducting data analysis and generating reports as required

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a Human Resources administrative role
- strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

- Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources, Commence, Business or a related field
- familiarity with recruitment software (e.g. SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- prior experience implementing or using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) such as ELMO, Employment Hero, SAP etc
- general understanding of the Australian industrial landscape, Fair Work Act, enterprise agreement interpretation and workplace health and safety
