The successful applicant will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with exceptional customer service experience.To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

Previous customer service experience within the hospitality or a customer related role
People person who possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
Maintain confidentiality
A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers
Ability to multi-task & remain calm
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Current NSW RSA & RCG certification
Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights (4:00am closes), weekends and public holidays
