In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.About the Role:The EMR Projects & Quality Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of approved EMR projects, including preparation of business cases, scoping of business and software requirements, project management and establishment of project resources.The EMR Projects & Quality Manager in collaboration with the Director EMR, Clinical Informatics team and the business, is to set the roadmap for future EMR projects and determine the priority of works, based on the strategic requirements of the organisation.The EMR Projects & Quality Manager is also responsible for establishing an EMR quality program including review of EMR related incidents, risks and conducting regular EMR workflow reviews.To be successful in this role you will have:Experience and good working knowledge of Oracle Health EMR clinical information systemProven ability to manage large scale projectsDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders within the organisation and with an eye for detailAbility to work under pressure and deliver to tight time framesAbility to implement a quality improvement program in monitoring the use of the EMRNext Steps . . .If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you.
