- Manage the reception desk, including incoming emails, phone calls, and face-to-face inquiries.
- Customer service and complaints management
- Correspondence management, courier bookings, and accounts payable transactions
- Human resources support, such as processing payroll documentation, timesheets, and leave applications.
- Records management, including file creation, tracking, and archiving.
- Updating databases and records
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
- Highly developed communication skills
