- Screening candidate CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing follow-ups.
- Conducting reference checks and ensuring compliance documentation is complete.
- Maintaining the CRM with accurate candidate pipelines and updates.
- Preparing reports, shortlists, and recruitment packs for consultants.
- Supporting consultants with document formatting, proposals, and presentations.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, social media scheduling, and brand projects.
- Coordinating travel bookings, events, and supplier arrangements.
- Managing filing, archiving, and digital records to keep operations efficient.
- Providing light reception relief only during breaks/leave, plus assisting with overflow calls when required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation in a corporate environment.
- Tech confidence with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and CRM systems.
- Energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
- Previous admin, office support, or customer service experience (desirable but not essential).
