Here, we do incredible work, questioning and challenging, always in the pursuit of excellence.Job DescriptionAbout the OpportunityUnder general direction, this position is required to provide general administrative support to the day-to-day operations and work as an effective team member of the Corporate Services, Campus Life Facilities Management.Key ResponsibilitiesBring your excellent Facilities Management experience, communication and customer service skills and provide a range of general administration tasks including:
- Manage generic email accounts and diary management, arranging and scheduling meetings, effective and accurate data entry into corporate systems and local databases
- General financial operations including credit card reconciliation and invoice requests and payments
- Assist in managing the flow of information; establishing and maintaining
registers, online booking systems, procedures; record management/filing; preparing routine and ad hoc correspondence * Provide client support for the Campus Life Facilities Help Desk function, creating and maintaining Service Requests including scheduling in Computerised Maintenance Management System
- Maintain and manage meeting rooms, prepare AV systems, manage the day-to-day operational Physical Key system requirements
- Coordinate office equipment, stationery and supplies
- Undertake other activities as directed by the Facilities Manager. Provide general assistance within Campus Life Facilities Management as required.
- The occupant of this position will hold an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
