We're seeking a high-calibre Senior Operations Manager to oversee our clients end-to-end operations - from supply chain and production to EHS, quality, and compliance. You'll lead transformation, ensure delivery excellence, and drive real outcomes in a world-class defence manufacturing environment.Your Mission:

Lead and develop teams across Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Compliance
Own manufacturing from raw material to customer delivery
Champion EHS, Quality, Export Control and regulatory compliance (ITAR, EAR, AEO)
Deliver 100% Quality and OTIF (On Time, In Full)
Drive lean improvements, ERP transformations, and strategic growth

Ideal Candidate:✅ 6-10+ years in senior Ops, Production, or Supply Chain roles
✅ Proven Defence industry experience - ideally Manufacturing for Defence customers
✅ Led major change initiatives - ERP, Lean Six Sigma (Advanced), process or culture transformations
✅ Strong grasp of Australian EHS regulations and export compliance (ITAR essential)
✅ Natural leadership presence - credible, decisive, and calm under pressure
✅ Bachelor's in Ops, Supply Chain, or Engineering (Master's a plus)
✅ Australian Citizenship - NV1 clearance eligibility requiredWhat's in it for you?
