- Diary management, arranging meeting, taking meeting minutes and managing agenda
- Develop and maintain electronic filing system, collate and distribute reports and Board papers
- Help to set up project meetings, manage project calendar, assist with Planning & Tracking of projects, and offer suggestions to imrpove efficiencies
- Manage Finance Sharepoint to ensure filing is aligned with all finance teams
- Collaborate and control the stakeholder presentations
- Organise national and international travel and accommodation (including itineraries, visa requirements, renewal of APEC Business Card, Passports, etc.)
- Provide travel and expense support to other ELT members
- Minimum 5 years' previous experience working in a similar role assisting senior management
- Strong proficiency in computer skills with intermediate to advanced level of Office 365 Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Planner, Task manager)
- Previous experience working with an electronic filing system, familiar with SharePoint would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
