- Provide admin support across QA activities, including documentation and reporting
- Assist with audit preparation, scheduling, and inspection coordination
- Support digitisation initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools
- Maintain compliance tracking aligned to internal and industry standards
- Manage and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy
- Apply lean principles to streamline workflows and boost efficiency
- Driver’s License
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Finance and Operations (highly desirable)
- Background in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- QA experience in engineering, oil & gas, or a similar technical field
- Exposure to larger corporate environments
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated, proactive, and process-focused
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow established procedures
- Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement (advantageous)
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin or Quality (preferred)
