- Ensure comprehensive induction and supervision of maintenance contractors.

- Utilise CMMS for strategic work order planning, prioritisation, efficient closure, cost tracking, and data collection.
- Generate weekly maintenance schedules and plans for shutdowns.
- Manage requisitions for tools, equipment, consumables, and labour.
- Conduct regular plant inspections and plan remedial work as needed.
- Maintain correct storage and packaging of critical spare parts.
- Collaborate with the CHPP Manager to compile the annual maintenance budget.
- Strategically plan and execute maintenance activities to minimise costs.
- Create monthly reports detailing maintenance expenditures.
- Secure competitive quotes for cost-effective parts and services.
- Develop cost estimate schedules for planned shutdowns.
- Trade Qualified with an Australian-recognised Electrical Qualification.
- Possess S1, S2, and S3 (Supervisory) qualifications.
- Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS or equivalent systems preferred.
- Prior work experience in mining, civil, or industrial environments is essential.
